At Flexiesa, we strive to create a fair, transparent, and competitive environment for both freelancers and clients. To ensure smooth project bidding and successful collaborations, please adhere to the following bid guidelines:

Eligibility to Bid

Only registered freelancers with verified profiles may submit bids. Freelancers must have completed their profile, including skills, location, and contact details.

Bid Submission Guidelines

Bids must be relevant, professional, and tailored to the job description.

Freelancers may include pricing, estimated timelines, and a brief pitch.

Spam, copy-paste responses, or misleading claims are strictly prohibited

 

Bid Limits

Freelancers may submit up to 3 (Three) bids per day to ensure quality and fairness.

Excessive or repeated bidding on unrelated jobs may result in account review or suspension.

 

Pricing Transparency

Freelancers must quote clear, honest pricing.

Hidden fees or bait-and-switch tactics are not allowed.

Clients may request clarification or negotiate terms before accepting a bid.

 

Communication Etiquette

All communication must remain respectful and professional.

Freelancers should respond promptly to client inquiries after bidding.

Off-platform communication is discouraged until a job is officially accepted.

 Bid Withdrawal

Freelancers may withdraw a bid before it is accepted.

Once accepted, freelancers are expected to honour the terms unless mutually agreed otherwise.

 

Violations & Enforcement

Flexiesa reserves the right and not limited to:

Remove inappropriate or fraudulent bids

Limit bidding privileges for repeat offenders

Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy

 

Client Rights

Clients may reject any bid without explanation.

Clients are encouraged to review freelancer profiles, ratings, and past work before accepting a bid.

Flexiesa may update this Bid Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
