1. Overview These Terms of Use govern the rating, feedback, and review system on the Flexiesa platform. All users (workers, agents, employers, and businesses) agree to abide by these terms when submitting or receiving reviews.

8. Consequences of Repeated Violations Repeated misuse of the review system (e.g., review bombing, retaliation, and fake reviews) may result in:

• Temporary suspension of account features

• Permanent account removal

 

9. Final Authority Flexiesa reserves the final right to interpret and enforce these Terms of Use. All users agree to cooperate in good faith during any moderation or dispute review process.
