Flexiesa Terms of Service

Welcome to Flexiesa — a freelance marketplace connecting clients with skilled service providers across South Africa. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Flexiesa.

Users must reside in South Africa or have legal permission to operate within the country.

Flexiesa reserves the right to refuse service or registration at its discretion.

 Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person or entity.

Platform Usage

 Clients may post service requests and hire freelancers.

Freelancers may create profiles, respond to job posts, and offer services.

All users must comply with South African Law and regulations.

Flexiesa is not a party to service agreements between clients and freelancers.

Payments & Fees

Flexiesa facilitates payments between clients and freelancers through secure third-party providers.

A platform service fee may be deducted from each transaction. Details are available on our [Pricing Page].

Flexiesa is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party payment processors.

Cancellations & Refunds

 Clients may cancel bookings according to our [Refund & Cancellation Policy].

 Freelancers must notify clients promptly if unable to fulfil a job.

Disputes will be handled through Flexiesa internal resolution process.

 

Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to :

Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Harass, discriminate, or threaten others.

Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.

Circumvent platform fees or attempt off-platform transactions.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on Flexiesa (logos, text, graphics, and software) is owned by Flexiesa or its licensors.

Users retain rights to their own uploaded content but grant Flexiesa a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote it on the platform.

Termination

 Flexiesa may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for any reason deemed necessary.

 Users may delete their accounts at any time through their dashboard.

Limitation of Liability

 Flexiesa is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

 We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of freelance services.

Changes to Terms

Flexiesa may update these Terms of Service at any time.

  Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
