Fair Hiring Practices
Post accurate and detailed job descriptions.
Respond promptly to bids and messages.
Do not mislead freelancers about scope, budget, or deadlines.
Timely Payment
Pay freelancers promptly upon job completion.
Do not delay or withhold payment without valid reason.
Use Flexiesa secure payment system to protect both parties.
Honesty & Transparency
Be upfront about your needs, budget, and expectations.
Do not request free work, trials, or off-platform arrangements.
Respect the agreed terms once a bid is accepted.
Feedback & Ratings
Leave fair and constructive reviews based on actual work delivered.
Avoid retaliatory or dishonest ratings.
Use feedback to help build a trustworthy community.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
Do not share freelancers’ personal information without consent.
Respect intellectual property and usage rights of delivered work.
Protect sensitive data shared during the project.
Platform Integrity
Use Flexiesa only for legitimate freelance engagements.
Do not attempt to bypass platform fees or policies.
Report any misconduct or suspicious activity to Flexiesa support.
Violations & Enforcement
Flexiesa reserves the right to:
Warn, suspend, or terminate client accounts for misconduct
Investigate complaints and take appropriate action
Protect freelancers from abuse, exploitation, or fraud
