Prepayment & Post Review Policy (Client Posting Guidelines)

To maintain a secure and reliable environment for freelancers, Flexiesa requires the following before any job post goes live:

Prepayment Requirement

All clients must pay the full project amount to Flexiesa’s secure company account before their job post is published.

This payment is held in the company account and only released to the freelancer upon successful completion of the job.

Prepayment protects both parties and ensures serious, verified job listings.

Job Post Review

Flexiesa’s moderation team reviews every job post before appearing on the platform.

Reviews ensure clarity, fairness, and compliance with our Client Code of Conduct.

Posts may be edited or rejected if they contain vague descriptions, inappropriate content, or violate platform policies.

Posting Timeline

Once payment is confirmed and the post is approved, it will be published within 24 hours.

Clients will receive a confirmation email with a link to their live post and bidding dashboard.
